The Oneida Group operates four business segments: Consumer, Foodservice, Special Markets and International includes all countries in which we operate other than the U.S. and Canada.
The Consumer segment provides a broad array of tabletop, food preparation and pantry products at a variety of price points to retail customers, primarily under iconic brands, Oneida® and Anchor Hocking®. In this segment, products are sold to mass merchants such as Wal-Mart, Target and Canadian Tire; specialty stores such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Crate and Barrel and Sur La Table; department stores such as Macy’s, JC Penney and Kohl’s; supermarkets such as Stop & Shop, Kroger, Aldi, Winn-Dixie and Publix; and warehouse clubs such as Costco and Sam’s Club.
The Foodservice segment provides flatware, dinnerware, barware, hollowware and banquetware to the foodservice industry In the Foodservice segment, tabletop products are sold to equipment and supply distributors; broadline distributors; hotels such as Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton and Four Seasons; chain restaurants such as Papas, Smith and Wollensky, IHOP and Darden; cruise lines; and airlines.
The Special Markets segment offers glassware products to candle and floral wholesalers, direct sellers (for example, Pampered Chef and Princess House), industrial lighting manufacturers and distillers and distributors of premium spirits. The product offering includes a variety of accessories for taper, pillar, votive and tea lite candles and floral vases in a broad range of styles, patterns and colors. Customized spirit bottles to domestic and international premium spirit distillers and distributors are also a significant part of the product assortment.
