Lean & Capability Manager will report to the Global Logistics & Planning Sr. Director.

The Capability & Lean Manger is responsible of the Diagnosis & Analysis of existing logistics systems, tools, methodologies, System variants, assumptions and master data quality, as well as capacities and capabilities of the planning organization. He or She must define the area or areas that require full transformation or simply a fine tune update and those that should remain the same. The individual will have to interact with all resources and functions to design the best tools to improve performance results for Service, Inventory, Safety stock definition, demand reports and will develop the right KPI’s, Targets, systems , meeting connections and training to steer the planning organization in the right performance direction. Service/Fill rate > 98% , Inventory Optimization at or below target, S&OP drum beat process, Work sessions for improvement performance, and step change the overall capability of the planning team.

The individual will be in charge of setting the direction for materials, production & demand planning. The role requires the ability to work in a matrixed organization, interacting with different functions and levels within the planning team and bridging and creating synergies with Customer Service, Distribution, Transportation, Packaging and external functions like Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance , Marketing and Sales, including BPO’s.

The Supply and Demand Manger is responsible for assuring supply and delivery of products while obtaining the optimal balance amongst capacity, cost, Inventory and service. This balance allows TOG to achieve market and sales goals by minimizing service impacts and reduce costs through inventory management and Sku optimization. She or He will play an integral role in TOG’s success by leading our operational planning and logistics activities. The position will focus on improving both short-term tactical and long-term strategic planning choices related to material flow, scheduling and inventory management. To accomplish this, the Supply Chain Planning Manager must demonstrate strong leadership skills, be comfortable driving cross-functional change management, and create and execute a strategic roadmap related to supply chain excellence. This individual will act as a key liaison between Purchasing, Customer Service, Plant Operations and Commercial teams. The role will be responsible for managing our inventory position; ensuring safe days' supplies of inventory are maintained across the division, mitigating out of stock risk, ensuring customer’s expectations are met, while optimizing production costs and network utilization.
